Get Involved

Volunteer Opportunities

We help those who don’t get enough to eat by donating or cooking food. We also partner with many organizations – at the community, regional and national levels – to put our faith into action, improve life for God’s people everywhere, care for his creation, and bring the Good News of our Jesus Christ to our friends and neighbors.

Greeting Cards

Send a card to someone who is grieving a death in the family, celebrating a new birth, or healing from surgery or an illness.

Give a Ride

Help someone who needs a lift to church, the doctor, the store, or other errands or appointments.

Meal Deliveries

Make a meal for our Meal Delivery program, which provides meals to families after a death in the family, illness, or the birth of a new baby.

Christmas Gifts

Give a special Christmas Gift. Each year we give gifts to the “Star Tree Program” for the Children’s Holiday Gift Fund of Ridgefield, which provides gifts of clothing, toys, and other supplies for local children in need.

The kits are assembled and shipped around the world to children in need. For more information, go to www.lwr.org and click on “be involved.”
