We, the congregation of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, are called by Jesus to proclaim God’s unconditional love for all people. We affirm the dignity and worth of every person as created in the image of God. We welcome all, embracing the diversity of humanity including age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, physical or mental ability, socio-economic position, and faith journey. We commit to the work of racial, social, and economic justice. Together we will use our unique gifts as we worship, engage in community service, and care for God’s creation.
[Jesus said,] “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.” John 13:34

St. Andrew’s is a vibrant and growing faith comunity located in Ridgefield, Connecticut. As a congregation, we value connection, service, outreach, and the good news of God’s unconditional love.
Our faith is shaped by God’s love and the Spirit’s equipping us to respond to that love by engaging the world and caring for our neighbor. First and foremost, we believe that God calls us to become connected to Christ, connected to community, and connected to each other.
Get to know us
Our members come from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life, and we embrace everyone with open arms – whether they are in our congregation or part of our larger community.
Children and young people are a very important part of the St. Andrew’s community. In addition to Sunday School and Youth Choir, we also offer several programs for youth of all ages.
At St. Andrew’s we care deeply about service, both within our congregation and with the wider community. We offer many forms of help and support, and as a member there are numerous opportunities to get involved.
St. Andrews is served by the Rev. Beth Anderson, who began her ministry with us in November 2017.
Pastor Beth is dedicated to creating a vibrant atmosphere of worship and music, as well as a strong connection with the wider community through service and outreach.
Our Sunday morning worship service is streamed via Zoom every week for anyone unable to attend in person. All are welcome to join us in person or virtually!
